Pool Sales Consultant – High Earning Potential
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pool Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a background in pool construction sales and enjoy working directly with homeowners to bring their dream backyards to life, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with excellent earning potential in a fast-growing market.
Preferred Languages
- English and Spanish required
- Portuguese is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to design and sell custom pool projects
- Guide clients through pool layouts, features, upgrades, and design options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to project completion
Qualifications
- Previous swimming pool sales experience required
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable with lead generation and proactive outreach
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and client relationships independently
- Reliable transportation required
