Licensed Mental Health Assessor: This is an 1099 contracted position, Applicant Must be Fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Clinician must be able to complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans to direct the delivery of services. Assessments will be completed on clients either entering the program to determine appropriateness for services within the organization and existing clients to determine ongoing needs for services within the system of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery of mental health services to individuals in need of counseling, and comprehensive assessments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in DSM V diagnostic criteria for mental health disorders and exclusionary criteria established by licensing bodies. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and well-organized to meet established documentation expectations and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to effectively communicate client needs and direct service expectations.
Contract Range to be negotiated.
