- Oversee grants and contracts in both private and public sectors.
- Represent the organization locally, statewide, and nationally to engage partners.
- Lead marketing and branding initiatives to enhance visibility.
- Serve as spokesperson and advocate for public policy positions.
- Oversee organizational communications across all media platforms.
- Maintain and develop a talented, motivated professional staff through transparent communication and respect.
- Promote teamwork and healthy work-life balance.
- Ensure resources are available for staff to meet goals effectively.
- 21 years of age or older; or minimum 18 years old with appropriate licensure or certification.
- Ability to obtain AZDPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Preferred master's degree with 8–10 years of leadership experience in behavioral health.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to manage a multidimensional organization and multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in presentations and facilitating discussions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal funding models in healthcare.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
