In this role, you’ll represent Frontier, a leading provider of fiber internet services, helping customers discover fast, reliable internet solutions that fit their needs. As a Frontier Sales Associate, you’ll educate customers on seamless streaming, dependable connectivity, and entertainment options that keep families, professionals, and sports fans connected.
As a Frontier Sales Associate, you'll connect with our customers to showcase how Frontier internet services can simplify daily life while enhancing entertainment. Dedicated training will prepare the Frontier Sales Associate to navigate sales conversations, strengthen their service knowledge, and refine their sales abilities in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Associate
- Engage with customers in person to introduce Frontier Internet services, ensuring they understand the value of upgrading to high-speed fiber connectivity.
- Explain the perks of Frontier’s high-speed internet and premium TV options, tailored to diverse customer needs.
- Connect with our customers to demonstrate how Frontier services deliver a superior digital experience, from streaming to gaming.
- Drive sales growth by emphasizing the reliability and innovation of Frontier’s Internet and TV solutions.
- Discuss the impact of Frontier services, focusing on enhanced performance and customer support.
- Support sales goals by offering expert guidance on Frontier Internet that align with each customer’s lifestyle.
Qualifications of the Frontier Sales Associate
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Adaptability to different customer personalities and sales situations.
- Collaborative spirit with the willingness to support team members and sales objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,850.00 per month
