WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a sales role where success comes from activity, consistency, and communication. You’ll operate in residential neighborhoods within a 20–30 minute radius of your assigned office.
- Engage homeowners and identify potential roofing or exterior needs
- Participate in weekly training and shadow top performers in the field
- Build skill, confidence, and earning potential through daily activity
This is a performance-based role where your base provides stability while performance bonuses and commissions drive total earnings into the $75,000–$100,000+ annual range for consistent producers.
