Camp Bow Wow Houston Hobby is seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of our facility. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for dogs and their owners. You will manage administrative duties, answer client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with check-ins and check-outs of our canine campers. A love for animals and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.

Manage appointment scheduling, reservations, and cancellations.

Check pets in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and vaccinations are up to date.

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Provide information about Camp Bow Wows policies, services, and pricing.

Monitor and update client accounts in the company database.

Assist with the care and supervision of dogs in the reception area when needed.

Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
