Assistant Clinical Director, ABA Services (BCBA)

Advanceable ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our growing clinical leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is ready to expand their impact beyond direct casework and help shape clinical excellence across an organization.
The Assistant Clinical Director will partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and Clinical Directors to support high-quality ABA services, mentor clinical team members, strengthen clinical systems, and promote ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered care.

Position Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members
Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support
Oversee a small clinical caseload while providing high-quality, individualized ABA services
Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and consistency of ABA service delivery
Conduct clinical observations, competency reviews, and onboarding support
Review documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices
Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and clinician success
Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams
Assist with clinician development, performance coaching, and ongoing training initiatives
Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives that support company growth
Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
4–6 years of ABA experience
At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
Preferred:
State licensure (LBA) where applicable
Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs
Experience with Central Reach or similar clinical platforms
Experience with quality improvement initiatives
Experience implementing assent-based ABA practices
