Must be fun, friendly, outgoing.
Must live within 10 miles of Menifee.
Must have a Real Estate License.
Must be able to carry boxes, help set up canopies, tables and chairs for our monthly events.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy California Licensed Real Estate Assistant to help support our growing real estate business. If you enjoy variety, are organized, creative, and love working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Process real estate paperwork and transaction documents
-Assist with administrative duties and file management
-Show residential rental properties to prospective tenants
-Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications
-Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Create engaging videos for social media and marketing
-Design flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
-Help keep listings and marketing campaigns up to date
-Perform other real estate support tasks as needed
QUALIFICATONS
-Active California Real Estate License (Required)
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable using computers and technology
-Experience with social media marketing
-Ability to create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
-Graphic design experience using Canva or similar software is a plus
-Professional appearance and positive attitude, yet FUN!
-Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
-Reliable transportation
