About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to help keep our business running smoothly as we continue to grow.
This role supports customer orders, vendor coordination, quoting, CRM management, accounts receivable follow up, and operational systems.
The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from complexity, following through on details, and helping customers receive exceptional service.
This position is remote but requires weekly in-person meetings in the Greater Waukesha area.
What You'll Be Doing
Order Management
- Enter customer orders and vendor purchase orders
- Track order status from receipt through delivery
- Coordinate with vendors regarding acknowledgements and delivery timing
- Follow up on active orders and identify potential issues before they become customer problems
- Process invoices and maintain delivery documentation
Quoting & Sales Support
- Prepare quote requests and gather vendor pricing
- Track quote activity and historical pricing information
- Maintain quote records and profitability tracking
- Support customer and vendor communication throughout the quoting process
Operations & Systems
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Help improve operational processes and documentation
- Keep systems organized and accurate
- Assist with reporting and operational visibility
Accounts Receivable Support
- Monitor outstanding invoices
- Assist with customer payment follow up (rare)
- Maintain accurate payment records and communication logs
Accounts Payable Support
- Upload bills to Quickbooks
