HVAC and Oil Equipment Installer

Position Overview
You’ll work under the guidance of experienced installers to assist with the installation of oil heating systems, central air conditioning, ductless units, and more.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the installation of HVAC and oil equipment in residential homes
Load/unload materials and equipment
Prepare job sites and clean up after installations
Support team members with tools, measurements, and system setup
Learn safety practices and installation techniques on the job
Compensation and Benefits
$20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Full benefits after 90 days

Strong interest in the HVAC or plumbing/heating trades
Entry level working knowledge of HVAC systems
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Ability to follow directions and work safely
Good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license preferred
