Position: Contract Educator
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Leaders In Training Tutoring is seeking a passionate, engaging, and dependable educator to join our team. We are looking for an experienced teacher who enjoys creating a positive learning environment and helping students build confidence and academic success.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, instructor-led lessons using curriculum and materials provided.
- Manage your own classroom and create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt instruction to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students.
- Implement our established instructional strategies, classroom management techniques, and educational approaches with consistency.
- Collaborate by contributing innovative ideas, creative teaching strategies, and effective instructional practices that enhance student learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students and families while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in Kindergarten through 12th grade is required.
- Previous experience teaching or working in a classroom setting is required.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while embracing established systems and procedures.
- Creative, flexible, and committed to helping students succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; teaching credential is a plus.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor 1099
- Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
