Location: Beeghly Oaks Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, Boardman, Ohio
Shift: Dayshift (6a-6p), Night Shift (6p-6a)

Position Summary:
The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily needs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The ideal candidate will be caring, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide assistance with mobility, turning, positioning, and transfers.
- Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio required.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
