GenZ Facility Solutions is a fast-growing commercial cleaning and facilities management company serving offices and multi-site portfolios across NJ, NY, PA, and CT. We're rewriting the rules of a $90B industry — using AI-powered sales systems, robotic floor care, and data-driven pricing while legacy competitors still run on clipboards. We're young, flat, and founder-led.
The Role
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team — learning how deals get closed, how clients get retained, and how a lean company operates at a high level. Every week looks different. That's the point.
What you'll actually do:
- Keep client operations running — respond to client requests, coordinate schedules, and solve problems before they escalate
- Coordinate our subcontractor network — sourcing, scheduling, and quality follow-up across active accounts
- Build and improve internal systems — SOPs, trackers, pricing tools, and workflows that help us scale
- Support sales operations — proposals, contract prep, CRM updates, and pipeline follow-through
- Use AI tools daily — we run on automation, AI agents, and modern software, and you'll learn the full stack
- Join client walkthroughs and site visits across NJ, NY, and PA when needed
Who You Are
- Finishing your degree or 0–2 years out of school — no prior industry experience required, we'll teach you the business
- Organized and reliable — you follow through without being chased
- A clear communicator, written and verbal — you'll be client-facing early
- Comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- A self-starter who figures things out — you'd rather try, learn, and iterate than wait for instructions
- Bonus: bilingual Spanish, or interest in entrepreneurship and business building

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
