Bring Your Revenue Cycle Expertise to Home Health & Hospice
Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to support Home Health and Hospice agencies across Washington.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who understands healthcare revenue cycle and enjoys turning data into action. You’ll partner directly with agency leaders, billing teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders to improve collections, reduce denials, strengthen AR performance, and remove barriers to timely reimbursement.
What You’ll Do

Monitor and analyze key revenue cycle metrics, including AR aging, DSO, collections, denials, bad debt, unbilled revenue, and payer performance

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple Home Health and Hospice locations

Partner with Executive Directors, operational leaders, and billing teams to develop and implement improvement plans

Coach and support agency teams on billing, AR management, and revenue cycle best practices

Troubleshoot payer, billing, and process issues that impact reimbursement

Improve workflows and strengthen accountability around revenue cycle performance

Support acquisitions, onboarding, integrations, and operational transitions

Collaborate with Service Center teams and subject matter experts on revenue cycle initiatives
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, or related leadership responsibilities in the home health/hospice industry

Experience with HCHB, WellSky, Waystar, eSolutions, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
-
Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer requirements, and revenue cycle operations (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payers)

Experience analyzing financial and operational metrics and using data to improve performance

Strong communication, coaching, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently manage priorities while supporting multiple teams and locations
