Wireless Sales Account Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers directly about wireless plans, phone upgrades, data options, and current promotions
- Help customers compare services and explain pricing, features, and account options in a clear way
- Complete enrollments, account changes, and device setup support for new and existing customers
- Troubleshoot concerns from customers and turn questions into productive sales conversations
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, completed sales activity, and follow-up needs
- Connect with customers throughout the day in retail and event-based environments across Bakersfield
- Work alongside other Wireless Sales Account Representative team members to improve customer engagement and outreach strategy
- Participate in ongoing Wireless Sales Account Representative training focused on sales, communication, and account management development
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Account Representative:
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify information for customers
- Motivated by goals, competition, and performance-based environments
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups throughout the day
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or account management is helpful but not required
