Provides a safe, comfortable and well-maintained physical environment at all district buildings, utilizing specialized skills in the building maintenance field.
Maintenance Specialist work 40 hours/week with Benefits.
Maintenance staff provide essential services to maintain the function and safety of our schools, which is necessary to support student learning.
This positoin is an 8-hour/day position, 260 calendar days.
The starting pay range for the 2026-2027 school year is $24.96 - $31.61/hour, based on applicable experience.

High school diploma or equivalent
Some education specific to building or cunstruction trades
Ability to successfully demonstrate physical capacity to perform the responsibilities of the position through a Fitness for Duty physical
Clean driving record and valid Class D driver's license
