We are hiring an experienced Social Media and Community Manager https://www.facebook.com/groups/equitymultifamily
to grow our multifamily real estate Facebook group to 100,000 members and help launch a Multifamily Academy and coaching program within 90 days.
Requirements
- Strong experience in multifamily real estate and syndication
- Understanding of acquisitions, capital raising, underwriting, asset management, and investor relations
- Proven experience growing Facebook groups or professional online communities
- Experience creating videos, posts, interviews, webinars, and educational content
- Experience launching an online course, academy, membership, or coaching program
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage content calendars, engagement, partnerships, and lead generation
Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily multifamily content
- Grow the group with qualified investors, operators, brokers, lenders, and service providers
- Manage member engagement and moderation
- Organize live interviews, webinars, and networking events
- Build an email list and lead-generation system
- Help launch the Multifamily Academy within three months
- Provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, leads, and conversions
Goals
- Grow the community toward 100,000 qualified members within six months
- Launch the Multifamily Academy and coaching program within 90 days
- Generate qualified leads, partnerships, and academy enrollments
