Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training new team members and providing ongoing development opportunities.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure proper coverage during busy hours.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Utilize POS systems such as TOAST and Margin Edge for order processing and cash handling with accuracy.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze profit and loss statements, and implement cost-control measures.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, or catering is highly desirable.
