About Ghost Town
Hidden behind a vault door inside 1846 Restaurant, Ghost Town is one of Greenville's most unique upscale speakeasies. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional craft cocktails, premium spirits, and unforgettable guest experiences in an elegant atmosphere.
We're looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Mixologist who takes pride in their craft and wants to help build one of the premier cocktail destinations in Northeast Texas.
What You'll Do
- Create exceptional classic and modern craft cocktails with consistency.
- Develop seasonal and signature cocktail specials.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while engaging with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of premium spirits, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, gin, rum, and liqueurs.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and bar organization.
- Ensure all drinks meet Ghost Town's quality standards.
- Work closely with management to continue elevating the cocktail program.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a mixologist or craft cocktail bartender.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Texas TABC certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating original cocktail menus.
- Wine and whiskey knowledge.
- Experience working in upscale restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or speakeasies.
