Camellia Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. As a Laundry Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents have clean, fresh linens and personal clothing while helping maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment.

Benefits eligibility is based on employment status and company plan guidelines.
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens.
- Ensure residents' personal clothing is properly labeled and returned to the appropriate resident.
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect linens and clothing for damage or excessive wear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary laundry department.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures when handling soiled linens.
- Monitor and maintain laundry supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
- Assist housekeeping and other departments as needed.
- Follow all facility safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and team members.
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, environmental services, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull laundry carts and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
