- Recruit and build a team of lead generators
- Train new hires on proven scripts and approach
- Work in-store alongside your team to drive performance
- Coach, motivate, and develop top performers
- Track results and hold team accountable to goals
- Help scale and expand lead generation operations
- Lead by example by setting appointments for HVAC & generator estimates

Requirements
- 20+ years retail and/or sales experience preferred
- Experience managing or training teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work retail hours (including weekends)
- HVAC, generator, or home improvement experience is a plus
- When you start you will have to prove yourself and show you can generate leads prior to being promoted to the assistant lead generator manager.
