We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation located at USA Parkway. This is an excellent opportunity for safety-focused professionals who thrive in a high-volume environment and have experience operating specialized warehouse equipment.
Candidates must have strong experience operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Positions Available
Forklift Operator
-
Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers safely and efficiently
-
Move, stage, load, unload, and replenish inventory
-
Pick and put away products at various rack heights
-
Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
-
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
-
Maintain productivity and accuracy expectations
-
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required
-
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Cycle Count Forklift Operator
In addition to the responsibilities listed above:
-
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
-
Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation
-
Maintain accurate inventory records
-
Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners
-
Work closely with inventory control and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy
Cycle Count candidates must have previous Inventory Control experience.
Qualifications
Required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck experience
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker experience
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
-
Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred

Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center
-
RF Scanner experience
-
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
-
Previous cycle counting or inventory control experience
