Job description
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dry cleaning team! This position is responsible for greeting customers, checking in and tagging orders, processing payments, and managing pickups at the front of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Check in and tag items for dry cleaning accurately
- Process pickups and ensure orders are complete and correct
- Operate cash register and handle cash/card transactions
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times
- Keep the front of the store clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
- Experience in dry cleaning preferred, but not required
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
