Penn Asian Senior Services (PASSi) seeks a highly qualified and passionate Primary Care Doctor to lead the PASSi Primary Care team. The Primary Care Doctor will provide high-quality care to diverse communities in Philadelphia, with a particular emphasis on the vibrant Korean community.

Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of medical conditions.
· Develop and maintain strong doctor-patient relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding of cultural sensitivities.
· Conduct thorough medical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ medical conditions, needs and preferences.
· Prescribe and manage medications, as well as order and interpret diagnostic tests.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
· Offer counseling and education to patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, and self-care management.
· Coordinate and collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed for comprehensive patient care.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
· Promote preventive care and patient education to enhance overall wellness.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
· Adhere to legal and ethical standards in medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
· Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize patient scheduling, appointment management, and overall clinic operations.
· Actively engage in professional development activities, such as continuing medical education (CME) programs and conferences.
· Foster a positive and respectful work environment by effectively communicating and collaborating with colleagues and support staff.
· Demonstrate commitment to patient satisfaction, safety, and delivering patient-centered care.
Requirements:
· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
· Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
· Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean/an Asian language strongly preferred.
· Passion for serving the diverse Asian/Korean community and an understanding of cultural sensitivities.
· Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
· Strong clinical acumen and ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
· Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in primary care.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: $85.00 - $170.00 per hour
