Customer Service Representative
Location: Edina, MN
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: M–F, 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and solutions‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join a financial services team. In this role, you’ll help customers with account questions, resolve issues, and work with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Answer customer calls and emails in a timely, professional way

Help with common requests like billing questions, payments, account updates, and documentation

Troubleshoot issues (payments, account discrepancies, etc.) and escalate when needed

Work closely with other departments (collections, asset teams, etc.)

Keep accurate notes and meet service goal
What They’re Looking For

1–3 years of customer service experience (financial services a plus)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Organized and able to handle a fast‑paced environment

Comfortable working with numbers and detail
