Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote with exception of 1-week onsite training in Russellville, KY
Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative position is a key front-line role providing exceptional support to our customers by answering various questions, checking on order statuses, and entering orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and concerns.
- Input orders and relative data received via phone or email into multiple POS systems.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive manner by phone, email or live chat concerning orders, returns, shipments and products.
- Call customers when necessary to communicate pending shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders and update internal data accordingly.
- Enter orders for replacement parts and correct errors (shortages, items mis-shipped, etc.).
- Initiate corrections to customers’ database files.
- Answer technical questions related to Covert Scouting Cameras.
- Work with internal departments such as sales and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Model a positive attitude and good work ethic when working with customers and colleagues.
- Abide by FeraDyne’s policies and procedures.
Qualifying Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in customer service role
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to calculate moderate figures and amounts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills (courteous, helpful, patient, and empathetic)
- Experience with high call volume
This is a temporary position from August 3, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The hours of the role are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
