Overview
We are seeking a Dishwasher to join the team in our from-scratch restaurant. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and ready for service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about supporting the culinary team, and ultimately the guest; and like to do so from behind the scene!
Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all kitchen equipment is kept in good working condition.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean work environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

- The dishwasher must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail;
- be able to work as a reliable team member;
- and be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 pounds).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. We are closed Sunday and Monday, and most holidays.
