Job Requirements:
- Prepare food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.
- Working in other areas of the kitchen as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities.
- Adhere to proper knife handling techniques.
- Report to station, ready to work at the time scheduled to begin.
- Operate each shift with a Sense of Urgency.
- Comply with standard food handling and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / Culinary Arts Diploma
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, small or large scale
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have STRONG leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Serv-Safe Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
