Perform routine preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles.

Complete lubrication services, oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks according to manufacturer specifications.

Inspect equipment for wear, damage, leaks, or other maintenance concerns and report findings to leadership.

Assist mechanics with minor repairs and adjustments as needed.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.
-
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Keep service trucks, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
-
Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to keep equipment available and project ready.

3+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, trucks, agricultural equipment, or diesel powered equipment preferred.

Previous experience as a lube technician, PM technician, fleet maintenance technician, or similar role preferred.

Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment components.

Must possess or be willing to obtain a Class A or Class B CDL.

Must reside within approximately 50–60 miles of Hannibal, MO.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel throughout Missouri and surrounding states as needed.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
