We are seeking a passionate and energetic Aesthetician / Esthetician to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized consultations and a wide range of services, including facials, waxing, laser treatments, and makeup application. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, Dermaplaining and microneedling
- Provide professional skin consultations to assess client concerns and recommend suitable treatments and home care routines.
- Deliver additional services such as lash and brow tinting, lash lifts to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized following health regulations.
- Utilize salon software l to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to educate them on skincare products and services while fostering lasting relationships.
- Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products aligned with clients’ needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and new aesthetic techniques to continually improve service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience working as an Esthetician or Aesthetician within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, waxing (body waxing), chemical peels, laser, microneedling and dermaplainging
- Familiarity with salon management software platforms for scheduling and client management.
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols essential for aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their skincare goals.
- Experience performing advanced aesthetic procedures such as Microneedling, dermaplaning
- Ability to work efficiently in a Spa environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
