SanaMente Counseling (SMC Tampa) is a private mental health group practice located in Tampa. We specialize in providing holistic, mindfulness-based mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. In addition to therapy, we also offer group sessions and wellness classes.

SMC Tampa is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Registered Marriage and Family Counselor Intern (State of Florida) or fully licensed therapist (LMHC or LMFT) to join our team. - Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing behavioral therapy and psychotherapy techniques.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and support clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.
