We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in our facilities. Here are the requirements
-Must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical in overhead crane repair, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
-Must have knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA regulations
- Must be able to prepare and review timecards
-Must be able to evaluate and maintain mechanical, electrical, carpentry, air, and gas systems
-Must be able to provide maintenance on all industrial equipment
-Must be able to train employees on maintenance and safety
-Must be able to operate and maintain stress relief oven
-Must be able to requisition equipment, materials, and parts
-Must have knowledge of and ability to work near or around hazardous materials
-Must have working knowledge of building standards and electrical code
- Must possess knowledge of Preventative Maintenance
-Must have knowledge on fork-lift mechanical repairs, welding machine installation/repairs
-Must have basic computer skills
