Behavior Analysts at Advance Behavior Support, LLC perform behavioral assessments, patient parent education, and liaisons with other mental health professionals. Behavior Analysis is a medical specialty centered on improving clients' performance in their ADLs by applying the principles of ABA to structured treatment plans. Significant diseases and conditions treated at Behavior Analysis practices include autism, eating disorders, ADHD, ODD, and other conduct disorders."
We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and provide behavioral services to children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a strong understanding of behavior management techniques, and the ability to develop individualized behavior plans. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing direct instruction, and monitoring progress in order to help children reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized behavior plans for clients.
- Implement behavior plans and track progress.
- Provide feedback to clients and their families on progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
