We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates accurately and report any abnormalities promptly.
- Document patient care activities thoroughly using electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality.
- Provide emotional support and effective communication to patients and their families.
- Operate patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts safely, following proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
- Familiarity with patient transfer methods and safe lifting practices ensures effective mobility assistance while minimizing risk of injury.
