Auto Glass World puts reps inside partnered dealership service drives across Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. Customers are already there. Vehicles are already in the lane. Your job is to find the cracked windshields, close the work, and get it scheduled. The volume is in front of you every day.
What the money looks like
- Reps who work the process are earning $2,000+ per week
- W-2 employee, paid every week. No 1099, no waiting a month for commission.

The ladder is real
Sales Rep → Trainer → Manager → Business Development. We promote from inside. Our Business Development team is our highest-paid group, and they started where you're starting. Advance and you'll travel, open new markets, and build something.
What you'll do
- Work the service drive: walk vehicles, talk to every customer, identify glass damage
- Explain repair vs. replacement and ADAS recalibration, then close the sale
- Get jobs scheduled same-day or on the calendar and keep the customer informed
- Build relationships with dealership service advisors so they send work to you
- Log every lead, appointment, and completed job accurately
Who we're looking for
- You're motivated by money and you're not embarrassed to say it
- You can walk up to a stranger and start a conversation 50 times a day
- Sales, automotive, or service drive experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train the right people.
- Organized, reliable, shows up
- Willing to travel for training and market expansion as you advance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
