Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, preventative maintenance, and building maintenance within the site facility
Duties
- Responsiblities include all aspects related to mechanical operations. Support prompt repair, preventative maintenance schedules, housekeeping and organizanational standards.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
- Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pnueumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance functions as directed.
- Assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
- Support operations in OEE and coninuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized work area and assist with other facility.
- Participate in training to continue developing skills.
- Ensure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized and verify individual usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the work team.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
- Assist maintenance staff as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- 2 years experience with Industrial Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of tools.
