Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork

Participate in the on-call rotation schedule

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Attend ongoing training and development programs

Follow company safety standards and best practices

HVAC service and repair experience (5+ years needed)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

EPA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications (we'll help you get there)
