Description:
Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our clubhouse, aquatics center, racquets (pickleball & tennis) facilities. This position plays an important role in ensuring our Members and guests enjoy a first-class experience by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

Requirements:
Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and repairs

Plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs

Preventative maintenance on HVAC, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders in a timely manner

Maintain pools, locker rooms, fitness center, and clubhouse support areas

Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely

Assist with seasonal projects including event setup and facility improvements

Respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary

Maintain organized maintenance shops and inventory

Follow all OSHA and workplace safety standards

Previous facilities maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems

Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license required

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed

Country club, golf course, hospitality, or commercial facilities experience

HVAC certification or trade experience is a plus

Pool maintenance knowledge is beneficial but not required
