Top Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team! We are searching for someone who is passionate about working with children, enjoys creating a fun and safe learning environment, and is excited to grow within our program.
Our coaches play an important role in helping athletes build confidence, strength, and a love for gymnastics while making every class engaging and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Coach recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills while focusing on proper technique and progression.
- Keep classes organized, active, and fun.
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
- Help maintain a clean and organized gym.
- Follow all gym safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience preferred (competitive or recreational).
- Experience working with children is required.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible afternoon and evening hours
- Additional hours may be available based on availability and experience.
