We currently have an opening for a Full Time RN. 1-3 years of Assisted Living experience preferred.
Job duties may include:
· Provide direction for the Resident/Med Aides’ service to the residents.
· Monitors resident service plans, according to state regulations. Records information to determine quality of service to residents and directs caregivers to implement needed change.
· Monitors and maintains records reflecting residents’ physical and mental condition. Reports all significant changes in a resident’s condition to his or her physician.
· Works with pharmacy to ensure the appropriate handling of, receiving, storing, and reordering of medications.
· Ensures confidentiality related to care staff concerns and corrective measures.
· Assist with coordination of temporary and/or permanent transfers or discharges to another facility.
