As the Program Integrator, you will serve as the central coordination point across customer programs, contracts, supply chain, sales, and operations. You will maintain program momentum, identify risks before they affect customers, coordinate critical internal and external engagements, and ensure contract milestones progress from planning through execution on schedule.
This position is ideal for someone who can see the full picture while maintaining close attention to individual deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines. You will strengthen communication across departments, improve accountability, and help prevent bottlenecks from becoming customer-facing issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings across customer programs, contracts, supply chain, sales, operations, and leadership, ensuring clear decisions, assigned actions, and timely follow-through.
- Proactively identify program risks, scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and operational bottlenecks before they affect customers or require leadership escalation.
- Coordinate contract schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to support a minimum 90% on-time completion rate.
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for each assigned program, including dependencies across engine onboarding, testing, supply chain, operations, contracts, and customer delivery.
- Complete monthly schedule updates and validation with internal leadership and customers, where required.
- Coordinate required meetings and engagement touchpoints between AeroCore leadership and current or prospective customers to maintain pipeline momentum.
- Support initial tradeshow and event planning, including scheduling, reservations, promotional materials, vendor coordination, logistics, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate post-event debriefs and ensure follow-up actions are documented and assigned within five business days.
- Monitor sales-to-delivery pipeline activity, establish phase dwell-time baselines, and identify opportunities to improve handoffs and reduce delays.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, action trackers, risk logs, meeting records, schedules, and performance reporting.
- Provide timely program updates to leadership and communicate schedule changes, risks, decisions, and priorities to affected stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer programs and the sales-to-operational-delivery lifecycle.
- Perform additional program coordination responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 3+ of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, contracts, supply chain, customer programs, or a related cross-functional role.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple programs, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, or Integrated Master Schedules.
- Strong meeting facilitation, organization, documentation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and develop practical mitigation plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert program data into clear status reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to operate with initiative, accountability, discretion, and limited supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn and effectively use company systems, including EOS tools, customer relationship management platforms, scheduling tools, and project-management systems.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to pass and maintain all company-required background screenings and drug-testing requirements.
Preferred Experience for This Position:
- Experience supporting aviation, aerospace, or defense programs.
- Experience working with government or commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with EOS meeting structures and accountability practices.
- Project-management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent credential.
