Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to serve as the Coach for our High School Soccer program. The Coach will lead and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the field, while fostering a positive team culture and promoting sportsmanship. Must be able to obtain all necessary background checks, including FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse History Clearance, and a physical examination.

Lead aspects of the High School Soccer program, including planning, organizing, and implementing practices, games, and team events.

Develop and communicate a clear vision and philosophy for the soccer program.

Provide expert instruction and guidance to players in technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.

Foster a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement among studentathletes.

Develop and implement effective game strategies and tactics to maximize team performance and success.

Analyze opponents and adapt game plans accordingly.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.

Serve as a role model for studentathletes, demonstrating integrity, character, and leadership both on and off the field.

Recruit and retain talented studentathletes to the soccer program.

Provide mentorship and support to help players achieve their academic and athletic goals.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with the athletics department and school leadership to ensure alignment with school values and goals.

Previous coaching experience at the high school level or above.

Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
