Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
Negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service
Meet billing expectations while maintaining high-quality work product
