TOOTRiS is working with a family in Liberty Hill, TX 78642 who is in need of a Babysitter or Nanny to care for their 9-year-old boy with Autism, 3-4 days a week. Please review the details below to learn more about the schedule and needs the family has requested.
Rate: What you charge. The amount listed is just an example.
Schedule: 3–4 days per week (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday, depending on the schedule)
Time: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Notes from the family: He is autistic and non-verbal and communicates his needs using gestures and an AAC device. He is very active, enjoys running around and swimming. He can get upset and frustrated if he has a hard time expressing his needs or wants. Overall, he is a happy, silly boy who just needs constant supervision so he doesn't hurt himself or eat something he is not supposed to.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- CPR & First Aid certified preferred
- Experience with children with Autism. Non-verbal is plus.
- Previous babysitting or nanny experience
- Will need to create a TOOTRiS profile showing your child care experience so this (or others) can book care with you. This is free for all child care providers as the families pay us to help find you.
- Once you create a profile, we will let the family know so they can review and message you if they are interested. Please note, all other families will reach out to your profile with their request. We only post openings when families request extra help in finding a provider for their unique request.
