The company is a contract manufacturer specializing in the production of custom, specialized polymer components used in device delivery, fluid management, and packaging applications. What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You’ll work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operations and support continuous improvement.
You will:
- Learn, run, and refine manufacturing processes
- Perform and document in‑process inspections (“first fives”) to ensure conformance to spec
- Support new product documentation: write work instructions, capture photos, compile data
- Assist with process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and apply statistical process control
- Use basic inspection tools and perform microscope-based work
- Set up cutters, controllers, and machines while ensuring safe operation
- Troubleshoot processes and maintain control of changes
- Complete Product Master Records and perform light machining
- Train production and quality teams on new and existing products
- Manage tooling inventory, preventative maintenance, and workflow improvements
- Support production setups, tear-downs, and general problem-solving
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and database entries
- Participate in team rotations, cleanup schedules, and other assigned duties
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and the right mindset.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Production Technician (medical device industry experience a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good hand–eye coordination and the ability to follow instructions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- A positive attitude, reliable attendance, and a solution-oriented approach
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and microscope work
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not required
- Excellent ability to clearly and patiently explain concepts and functions for training production operators

Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation):
· Ability to sit at a desk or table, for extended periods. Ability to use a computer, mouse and keyboard for long periods. Ability to stand, reach overhead, bend and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to handle tools and equipment used in manufacturing, including sharps
· Ability to transport between suites using outside walkways or driving within same small complex
· Ability to carryout job functions as described without physical limitation
· This role requires regular access to a clean room where no makeup, heavy lotions, or perfumes may be worn

- Ensuring operators are fully trained and equipped with the right tools and safety measures
- Integrating new tools and processes into daily production
- Producing high-quality written and visual documentation for internal and customer use
- Upholding Forinno’s core values and maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 standards
