The Role
We’re looking for reliable, service-driven Baristas who take pride in their work and enjoy serving others. Whether you’re experienced behind the bar or eager to learn, this role is about craftsmanship, consistency, and creating a great guest experience—every cup, every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specials
- Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency across every drink
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
- Take orders accurately and confidently, offering recommendations when appropriate
- Operate and care for espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house (bar area, seating, restrooms, and condiment stations)
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly
- Work collaboratively with your team during both steady and high-volume periods
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
