- Facilitates and drives project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.)
- Continuously reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress / status
- Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team
- Supports with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-offs
- Supports with preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committee
- Performs project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required
- Facilitates End of Project Reviews (EPRs)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required
- 3-5 years of experience in project management (business or engineering projects)
- PMP certification is highly desirable; alternatives (e.g. CAPM, Prince2) or active preparation considered
- Demonstrated experience managing small to mid-size projects including risk control and stakeholder communication
- Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in PM software and tools, including MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with PM governance, reporting, and quality assurance practices.

The salary range for this role is $125,000.00 and $155,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
