Quality Technician - $22-$25/hour - Walworth County near Delavan
This is a Direct Hire Position.

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (with occasional weekends as needed).
Pay: $22 - $27 per hour (based on experience).
This position is an easy commute from Delavan, Whitewater, Elkhorn, Walworth, Lake Geneva, Burlington, Sharon, Darien, Harvard, and surrounding communities.
What You Will Do:
- Perform detailed quality inspections, measurements, and verification checks on fabricated metal parts, including bending, laser cutting, stamping, and welding.
- Document quality processes and support ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
- Help maintain ISO 9001 compliance through accurate records and standards adherence.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with production teams, managers, and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Troubleshoot quality concerns on the floor and collaborate with production workers and leadership for timely solutions.
- Apply practical knowledge of metal fabrication and welding to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
What You Bring:
- Solid quality experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong skills in measurement tools, inspection techniques, and precision verification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to support clear team communication.
- Background in fabrication, welding, metal bending, laser cutting, or stamping is highly valued.
- Natural problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach across departments.
- Attention to detail with a passion for documentation and process improvement; ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.
- Leadership experience in manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
