Water Damage Restoration Technician
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency water, flood, fire, and mold incidents, demonstrating emergency response readiness at all times
- Train to perform thorough assessments of affected areas using hand tools, power tools, moisture meters, and Encircle software for accurate damage documentation
- Execute water extraction, drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, and fire restoration procedures following strict safety protocols
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and other safety gear diligently during all restoration activities
- Conduct cleaning tasks and debris removal to restore properties to pre-loss condition
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance for each project
Experience
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, flood restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand/power tools enhances your effectiveness on the job
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients during stressful situations
- Ability to work on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a dedicated emergency response team
- Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper PPE use in all work environments

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
