About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Training Instructor with a strong background in Electrical Maintenance to support training operations at a commercial Nuclear Power Plant. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE methodology.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver classroom and laboratory technical training.
Perform training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE).
Create lesson plans, Job Performance Measures (JPMs), performance evaluations, and written exams.
Support SAT process implementation and documentation.
Build and maintain lab training mock-ups and instructional materials.
Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training for maintenance personnel.
Promote nuclear safety, human performance tools, and ALARA principles.
Maintain instructor qualifications and technical proficiency.
Support outage activities and emergency response duties as required.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Nuclear Power Plant Electrical Maintenance experience or Nuclear Training experience.
Experience with Electrical Maintenance in a commercial nuclear facility.
Strong knowledge of the ADDIE process and Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
Experience developing instructor-led training and technical course materials.
Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications
Instructor experience in an adult learning environment.
Experience with OJT/TPE Process Implementation.
Familiarity with Vision Application Suite and SAP.
Electrical apprenticeship or Electrical Engineering degree.
Experience building laboratory training activities and mock-ups.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
